I am Tina Ling, founder of SupplyCrest, a China sourcing service and supply chain provider offering customized procurement solutions to businesses worldwide. We prioritize quality products, affordability, and a superior customer experience.

My path to the business world began in college when I worked as a business interpreter and interacted with entrepreneurs traveling to China to source their products. As I developed my sourcing and negotiation skills, I gained a deep understanding of import-export procedures and saw the importance of quality control.

After graduation, I worked as a sourcing specialist for a large U.S. company with over 100 suppliers in China. There, I honed my skills in logistics coordination, inventory management, negotiation, and supplier relationship management, realizing the significance of timely delivery and effective supply chain procedures.

In 2016, my freelance work as a sourcing agent on Upwork exposed me to the specific needs and challenges of e-commerce businesses, including tight deadlines, customer satisfaction, and international shipping complexities. Through these projects, I learned the necessity of reliable supplier access, effective communication, and quality control comprehensive supply solutions in meeting customer expectations.

In 2019, bring with my passion for sourcing, I founded SupplyCrest, leveraging my industry contacts, expertise, and knowledge to deliver high-quality procurement solutions tailored to each client's needs. We aim for excellent customer experience, allowing businesses worldwide to focus on their core operations while successfully navigating China's supply chain.
